On July 12–13, 2025, the entire PENTA LASER sales team gathered in Wuhan for the successful 2025 Mid-Year Sales Training & Recognition Conference. The event aimed to summarize the achievements of the first half of the year, enhance business capabilities, recognize outstanding performers, and inspire the team to sprint toward the goals for the second half of the year.

On July 12, the sales team participated in a day of intensive training and assessment. All team members completed written and interview evaluations to test their business knowledge and communication skills. In the afternoon, they visited the production floor, toured the state-of-the-art factory, and gained in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing processes and application scenarios of high-power laser cutting machines, tube cutting machines, 3D five-axis cutting machines, laser welding machines, and more. The live demonstrations further deepened the team’s understanding of product performance and technical advantages, laying a solid foundation for delivering exceptional service to customers.

On July 13, the team convened at the headquarters of YOFC (Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Limited Company) for the official training and recognition conference. The event was attended by YOFC Vice President Zheng Xin, PENTA LASER Chairman Martino, President Wu Rangda, YOFC LaserFab General Manager and PENTA LASER Vice President Xu Zuying, YOFC Industry Solutions Division Deputy General Manager Wu Qin, and PENTA LASER Vice President Yu Jiazhu, all of whom delivered inspiring remarks.

During the meeting, Xu Zuying, General Manager of YOFC LaserFab and Vice President of PENTA LASER, outlined the importance of collaborative innovation and integrated development, calling on the team to stay committed to the mission of high-quality growth, strengthen their confidence, and work hand in hand toward the future. Chairman Martino presented on “Sales Strategies, Products, and New Features for Overseas Markets”, sharing insights on global market trends, overseas expansion strategies, and product innovations.
Subsequently, technical directors from various product lines introduced the latest technological developments and new feature applications in their respective fields, equipping the sales team with first-hand knowledge of key selling points. In addition, YOFC LaserFab Sales Director Zhao Ning gave a presentation on “Intelligent, High-Quality, and Differentiated Optical Fiber Lasers”, explaining the advantages and development path of vertical integration across the specialty fiber-to-laser equipment industrial chain.

In the recognition segment, the company honored outstanding teams and individuals for their performance in the first half of the year, setting benchmarks and boosting morale. During the event, the team also visited YOFC’s headquarters showroom, gaining close-up insights into the world-leading optical fiber, cable, and laser technologies.

In his closing speech titled “Enhance Execution and Strive in the New Era”, President Wu Rangda urged everyone to strengthen their execution awareness, take responsibility, act with dedication, and continuously innovate to turn strategic plans into tangible results, seize advantages in fierce competition, and create a brighter future.
